But you can't do some tricks in its database, because it won't work anymore.
download AT3 Problem Fix
extract and make sure you replace the old AT3.exe with your new one
that has bigger size.
Airlines Give Planes That You Want :
-----------------------------------
Have the game patched to the latest version. Use a text editor to edit the "planes"
file in the "\program files\global star software\airport tycoon 3\data\db" directory.
Choose which plane that you want the airlines gives,
for example I choose "Boeing 747 200 Pax"
101;"Boeing 747-200 Pax";1;"AP_BOEING_747";"1/1970";;5;3000;1000;"L";0;0;0;420;32
"Boeing 747-200 Pax" : Is the type of the plane
"1/1970" : Is when the plane available
3000 : Is its minimum runaway length
1000 : Is its fuel
Changes the blue one into "1/1970" if it isn't yet. You can change its minimum run away length,
here I have 3000 . If I change it to 1000 , the plane would able to land on 1000m runaway.
The 1000 is for 5 stars fuel only, If you don't have five stars fuel contract just decrease the
number. I usually change it to 10 (a star) .
Next you need to put the plane you want into Airline's planes list..
For example, I copy "Boeing 747-200 Pax"
Use a text editor to edit the "airplanes"
file in the "\program files\global star software\airport tycoon 3\data\db" directory.
Choose which airlines you want to has it.
For example, Air Asia

If you already got it, save the changes
Busy Plane Traffic :

There aren't any cheats for this, all you have to do is just make sure the other run away has a busy time sheet as your first or more.
If your new runaway isn't busy as your first yet, you'll only see planes arrive and depart on your first runaway even if you already build your new runaway 3 years ago. Also build control tower as many as your runaway would help.
NB : right click - open with - word pad - to edit the values
All airlines:

Have the game patched to the latest version. Use a text editor to edit the "airlines"
file in the "\program files\global star software\airport tycoon 3\data\db" directory.
Set the value for the "QUALITY" line to "1". All airlines will now be unlocked.
All planes:
-----------
Have the game patched to the latest version. Use a text editor to edit the "planes"
file in the "\program files\global star software\airport tycoon 3\data\db" directory.
Change the date value of each airplane to "1/1970".
All buildings:
--------------
Have the game patched to the latest version. Use a text editor to edit the "buildings"
file in the "\program files\global star software\airport tycoon 3\data\db" directory.
Change the date value after the "destroy" line of each building to "1/1970".
Free items:
-----------
Have the game patched to the latest version. Use a text editor to edit the "buildings"
file in the "\program files\global star software\airport tycoon 3\data\db" directory.
Change the value before the word "BUILD" in each line to "0".
Also, change the value after the word "MONTHLYCOST" to "0".
Lot of cash from Contract :

"CSBREAK" = The satisfaction rating that you can see at the top left
"STARS" = More stars mean better Airline Company. You could see Airline Company's stars on the "contracts" menu, find "Master Contract"
"SIGNONFEE" = The maximum costs that Airline Companies need to pay if you approve their "Master Contract"
NB : Airline Companies would just send you about -100xxxxxxx from the Maximum cost that you put.

Download the "Edited Database"
If you've already made some mess up on your database. Everything will change and you'll need
to mess up your database again [:p]
